In this Division—
"director" of a body corporate includes a former director of a body corporate;
"travel agent" means—
(a) a
person who is carrying on or formerly carried on business as a travel agent
(whether or not currently or previously licensed); or
(b) a
licensed travel agent (whether or not carrying on business as a travel agent).
