41—Recognition of permits under corresponding laws
Except where the Minister by notice published in the Gazette otherwise
provides in a particular case or class of cases, a permit that is the
equivalent of a permit under this Division and is in force under a
corresponding law has effect within the State as if it were a permit under
this Division.
