This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The following
certificates are prima facie evidence of the matters they certify:
(a) a
certificate purporting to have been issued by the Minister to the effect that
a person specified in the certificate is or was the administering authority at
a time, or during a period, specified in the certificate;
(b) a
certificate purporting to have been issued by the administering authority to
the effect that a person specified in the certificate was or was not an
inspector, or was or was not the holder of a specified class of licence, at a
time, or during a period, specified in the certificate;
(c) a
certificate purporting to have been issued by the administering authority as
to the result of the examination of a measuring instrument, and the testing of
its calibration, under section 15(4).
(2) A document
purporting to be certified by the administering authority as a copy of a
permit under Division 2 of Part 5 in force on a specified date or during a
specified period and the conditions to which the permit was then subject is
prima facie evidence of the matters certified.
