21—Duty of Corporation to separate lands before using them
If any such lands are used by the Corporation for any of the purposes
aforesaid the Corporation shall, if required so to do by the owner or occupier
thereof, separate the same by a sufficient fence from the lands adjoining
thereto, with such gates as may be necessary for the convenient occupation of
such lands, and, in case of any difference between the owners or occupiers of
such lands and the Corporation as to the necessity for such fences and gates,
then with such fences and gates as a court of summary jurisdiction may order
for the purposes aforesaid.
