64—Penalty for destroying works
Any person who unlawfully and maliciously destroys or damages or attempts to
destroy or damage, any reservoir, dam, tank, tunnel, watercourse, sluice,
main-pipe, aqueduct, bridge, roadway, or engine, or other part whatever of the
works of the Corporation, shall be guilty of an offence, and shall be liable
to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding ten years.
