106—Payment of interim benefits
(1) The Corporation
may, pending the final determination of a claim, make interim payments of
compensation to a claimant.
(2) Where on the final
determination of a claim it appears that an amount to which the claimant was
not entitled has been paid under this section, the Corporation may recover
that amount as a debt.
(3) This section does
not derogate from the operation of Part 4 Division
7A
.
