WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 107

107—Employer may request progress report

        (1)         The employer of a worker may at any time request the Corporation to provide a report on—

            (a)         the medical progress being made by the worker;

            (b)         the worker's incapacity for work as assessed under this Act.

        (2)         A request under subsection (1)


must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

        (3)         The Corporation shall prepare a report requested under subsection (1)


within a reasonable time of the request being made and shall send copies of the report to the employer and the worker.
