This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Senior Judge
of the Industrial Relations Court of South Australia is President of the
Tribunal.
(2) The President is
the principal judicial officer of the Tribunal.
(3) The President is
responsible for the administration of the Tribunal.
(4) In the absence of
the President from official duties, responsibility for administration of the
Tribunal devolves on a Deputy President appointed by the Governor to act in
the President's absence or, if no such appointment has been made, on the most
senior Deputy President available to undertake that responsibility.
(5) The President may
delegate administrative powers and responsibilities.
(6) A delegation under
subsection (5)
—
(a) may
be made to any person; and
(b) is
revocable at will; and
(c) does
not derogate from the President's power to act personally in any matter.
