90A—Time for lodging notice of dispute
(1) The notice of
dispute must be lodged within one month after the applicant receives notice of
the reviewable decision unless the Tribunal allows an extension of time.
(2) The Tribunal's
power to extend time may only be exercised by the President or a
presidential member or conciliation and arbitration officer to whom the
President has delegated the power to allow an extension of time.
(3) An application an
extension of time must be made as in the manner and form prescribed by the
regulations.
