Any person who, with intent to deceive or defraud, gives or sends to any person a document which purports to be a copy of the memorandum or articles of association or other constitution of a corporation or company, or of the rules or by-laws of any corporation, company, or society, constituted under the authority of any statute, or to be a copy of a list of the members of any such corporation, company, or society, knowing that the same is not a true copy thereof, is guilty of a crime.Charge: Fraudulently using a false copy of a document relating to a company or society.
