Upon an indictment for manslaughter the accused person may be convicted of –

(a) concealment of birth;

(b) causing the death of a child before birth;

(c) illtreating a child;

(ca) causing death by dangerous driving; or

(cb) dangerous driving; or

(d) an offence under subsection (1) of section 32 of the Traffic Act 1925 .
