INTEGRITY COMMISSION ACT 2009 - SECT 59
Persons to whom notice of determination is to be given
(1) The Board
(a) is to give written notice of its determination to the principal officer of
the relevant public authority; or
(b) may, if it considers it appropriate, give written notice of its
determination to
(i) the public officer who was the subject of the investigation; or
(ii) any other person who, in the opinion of the chief executive officer, has
a special interest in the matter.
(2) Section 98 applies to a notice under subsection (1) if the notice provides that it is a confidential document.
