INTEGRITY COMMISSION ACT 2009 - SECT 60

Power of Board to convene Integrity Tribunal
If the Board determines that an inquiry be conducted, the Chief Commissioner is to convene an Integrity Tribunal for the purpose of conducting that inquiry.
