SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 659
Time for institution of appeal
If an appeal is from a final judgment, it is to be instituted within 21 days,
or if it is not from final judgment, within 10 days, after the date on which
the judgment was pronounced or, in the case of the refusal of an application,
from the date of the refusal.
