In this Division final judgment includes any judgment, by which the rights of the parties are finally concluded with respect to any matter in question in a proceeding, other than a decision on a matter of procedure;judge's notes means any notes taken by a judge of (a) the evidence given in a proceeding tried before the judge; or(b) any ruling with respect to the admission or rejection of evidence at that trial; or(c) an application made at that trial; or(d) the contentions of the parties as to a point of law and the judge's decision on that point;judgment includes any decision, order or other determination;notice of appeal means a notice of appeal under rule 660 ;Registry means the Principal Registry;trial includes the hearing of any proceeding.
