(1) If an amendment to a statement of claim is required after it has been signed by the Attorney-General, the proposed amended statement of claim and a copy, both identifying the amendment, are to be left with the Attorney-General.(2) The copy is to include a counsel's certificate certifying that the proposed amendment is proper for the allowance of the Attorney-General.(3) If the Attorney-General approves the amendment, the Attorney-General is to sign the amended statement of claim and return it to the relator's practitioner.(4) The Attorney-General is to retain the signed copy.
