SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 764
Attorney-General may control action
The Attorney-General, at all times
(a) may exercise full control over the conduct of any action commenced in the
name of the Attorney-General at the instance of a relator; and
(b) may have, as of right, any such action dismissed notwithstanding any
opposition of the relator.
