(1) The payment of money or securities into Court by a trustee under section 48 of the Trustee Act 1898 is to be accompanied by an affidavit, entitled in the matter of the trust and in the matter of that Act, setting out (a) a short description of the trust and of the instrument creating it; and(b) to the best of the knowledge and belief of the trustee, the name and address of each person interested in, or entitled to, the money or securities; and(c) that the trustee submits to answer all such inquiries relating to the application of the money or securities paid into Court as the Court or a judge may make or direct; and(d) the place at which the trustee is to be served with any proceedings, order or notice of any proceeding relating to the money or securities.(2) If a trustee makes a payment into Court in accordance with subrule (1) , the trustee is to give notice by post of that payment to each person who appears from the affidavit to be interested in, or entitled to, the money or securities paid into Court.
