(1) A person who files an application relating to money or securities paid into Court is to specify in the application an address for service of documents.(2) An application in respect of money or securities paid into Court is to be served on (a) the person who paid the money or securities into Court; and(b) each person named in the affidavit as interested in, or entitled to, the money or securities; and(c) any other person the Court or a judge directs.(3) A person filing an application under subrule (1) may seek an order that service on a person required to be served by subrule (2) be dispensed with by so stating in the application.(4) Any direction dispensing with service must be obtained and stated in the application before service of it on any other person.
