(1) On the application of a judgment creditor, the Sheriff or any other person to whom a writ of execution is directed, the Court or a judge may make any appropriate order in aid of the enforcement of a writ of execution.(2) For the purpose of subrule (1) , the Court or a judge may make an order that any person, whether or not a party (a) attend before the Court or a judge to be examined; and(b) do or abstain from doing any act.(3) Rules 386 and 390 apply to an examination conducted under subrule (2) .
