BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING FUND AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 54 OF 2004) - SECT 26

Section 38 amended (Powers of entry and inspection)

Section 38(2) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the penalty and substituting the following penalty:
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
