BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING FUND AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 54 OF 2004) - SECT 27

Section 42 amended (Regulations)

Section 42(2) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting paragraph (a) ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (e) "cost" and substituting "value" ;
(c) by omitting from paragraph (h) "Governor" and substituting "Minister" .
