A person who is served with notice that his or her name has been removed from a register must surrender to the Board, within 7 days after service of the notice is effected or within such longer period as the Board may allow, the person's certificate of registration in relation to that register.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 15 penalty units and a daily fine not exceeding 1.5 penalty units.
