ECONOMIC REGULATOR (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2009 (NO. 59 OF 2009) - SECT 7
Section 8 amended (Committees)
Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Regulator" twice occurring and substituting "Secretary" ;
(b)
by omitting from subsection (2) "Regulator" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(c)
by omitting from subsection (3) "Regulator" and substituting "Secretary" .
