ECONOMIC REGULATOR (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2009 (NO. 59 OF 2009) - SECT 8
Section 9 amended (Authorised officers)
Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Regulator" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting from
subsection (1)(a) "Regulator's" and substituting "Secretary's" ;
(c) by
omitting from subsection (1)(b) "Regulator's" and substituting "Secretary's" ;
(d) by omitting from subsection (2) "Regulator" and substituting "Secretary" .
