Regulation 3(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" three times occurring from paragraph (a) of the definition of authorised officer and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(b) by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" from paragraph (b) of the definition of authorised officer and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(c) by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" from paragraph (c) of the definition of authorised officer and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(d) by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" from paragraph (a) of the definition of chemist and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(e) by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" from the definition of dispensary and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(f) by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" from paragraph (c) of the definition of health professional and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(g) by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" from the definition of pharmacy and substituting "pharmacist" .
