HEALTH LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2022 (NO. 23 OF 2022) - SECT 47

Regulation 5 amended (Manufacturing chemists and wholesale chemists)

Regulation 5(2) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" from paragraph (a) of the definition of qualified person and substituting "pharmacist" .
