(1) An accredited person may apply to the Rail Safety Regulator, in the manner and form approved by the Rail Safety Regulator, for a variation of the accreditation.(2) An application for variation (a) must specify the details of the variation being sought; and(b) must contain the prescribed information; and(c) must be accompanied by the relevant application fee.(3) The Rail Safety Regulator may require an accredited person who has applied for a variation (a) to supply further information requested by the Rail Safety Regulator; or(b) to verify by statutory declaration any information supplied to the Rail Safety Regulator.
