WATER AND SEWERAGE CORPORATIONS ACT 2008 (NO. 12 OF 2008) - SECT 28
Staff
(1) A Corporation may employ such staff as it requires to exercise its
functions.
(2) A Corporation may fix the salary, wages and conditions
of its staff in so far as they are not fixed by or under any Act or law.
