BUILDING REGULATIONS 2004 (S.R. 2004, NO. 43) - REG 7
Prescribed circumstances where assistant building surveyor may act as building surveyor
For the purpose of section 51(1) of the Act, an assistant building surveyor
may only exercise the powers of a building surveyor in respect of a building
with – (a) no more than 3 storeys; and
(b) a maximum floor area that
does not exceed 2 000 square metres.
