For the purpose of the definition of "temporary structure" in section 3(1) of the Act, the following structures are prescribed as temporary structures:

(a) a mobile structure;

(b) a temporary bridge;

(c) a temporary stage;

(d) a temporary platform;

(e) a temporary tower.
