DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 82 Regulation 254 amended (Cancellation, suspension and variation in other circumstances [19.5])

Regulation 254 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (1)(a) "a Competent Authority" and substituting "the Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "Competent Authority" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) "Competent Authority" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(d) by omitting from subregulation (3) "Authority" second occurring and substituting "Secretary" ;
(e) by omitting from subregulation (4) "Competent Authority" and substituting "Secretary" .
