DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 83
Regulation 255 amended (When cancellation, suspension and variation take effect [19.6])
Regulation 255 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by
omitting from subregulation (1) "a Competent Authority" and substituting "the
Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (1)(a) "Authority" and
substituting "Secretary" ;
(c) by omitting from subregulation (2) "a Competent
Authority" and substituting "the Secretary" ;
(d) by omitting from
subregulation (2)(a) "Authority" and substituting "Secretary" .
