DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 163) - REG 45

Storage of explosives
A person must not store explosives between sunset and sunrise at the place where they are intended to be used.
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
