A person who stores dangerous goods must take all reasonable precautions to prevent –

(a) an accident by fire, explosion, corrosion or poisoning; and

(b) unauthorised persons gaining access to the dangerous goods.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
