A fireworks permit –

(a) is to be signed by the Competent Authority; and

(b) is subject to –

(i) any order, notice or direction made or given by the State Fire Commission under Part V of the Fire Service Act 1979 ; and

(ii) any condition of a fire permit that may be in force under that Part; and

(iii) the conditions set out in Schedule 8 ; and

(iv) any conditions the Competent Authority considers necessary or desirable in the interests of public safety and specifies in the permit.
