EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS 2012 (S.R. 2012, NO. 128) - REG 30

Mobile Processing Units used in manufacture of AN-based explosives not to be left unattended

A person using a Mobile Processing Unit to manufacture AN-based explosives must not, without reasonable excuse, leave the controls of the Mobile Processing Unit unattended at any time.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
