POISONS AMENDMENT (OPTOMETRISTS) REGULATIONS 2002 (S.R. 2002, NO. 38) - REG 8

Regulation 32AA amended (Emergency prescribing and dispensing of restricted substances)

Regulation 32AA of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting in subregulation (1) "or an authorised optometrist" after "dentist" ;
(b) by inserting in subregulation (2) "or an authorised optometrist" after "dentist" .
