Regulation 33 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "or veterinary surgeon" and substituting ", veterinary surgeon or authorised optometrist" ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (c) of subregulation (1) "treatment." and substituting "treatment; or" ;

(c) by inserting in subregulation (1) after paragraph (c) the following paragraph:

(d) by the authorised optometrist only for use in the course of optometrical treatment.

(d) by omitting from subregulation (2) "or veterinary surgeon" and substituting ", veterinary surgeon or optometrist" .
