Regulation 27 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1)(a)(iii) "and" and substituting "or" ;

(b) by inserting the following subparagraphs after subparagraph (iii) in subregulation (1)(a) :

(iv) an authorised health professional; or

(v) a dentist; and

(c) by omitting from subregulation (2)(a)(iv) "; and" and substituting "or" ;

(d) by inserting the following subparagraph after subparagraph (iv) in subregulation (2)(a) :

(v) an authorised health professional; and
