REGISTRATION TO WORK WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE REGULATIONS 2024 (S.R. 2024, NO. 16) - REG 22
State Library Service – regulated activity
(1) In this regulation – State Library Service means the State
Library Service as defined in the Libraries Act 1984 .
(2) The State Library Service is prescribed to be a regulated activity
for the purposes of the definition of regulated activity in section 3 of
the Act.
