Regulation 5(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "engine, trolley, carriage, or wagon" from paragraph (ja) and substituting "train" ;

(b) by omitting paragraph (jb) and substituting the following paragraph:

(jb) the person must not drive or attempt to drive a vehicle or lead or attempt to lead an animal across a railway level crossing or other place on a railway if a train approaching the crossing or other place can be seen or heard from the crossing or other place and there would be a danger of a collision with the train if the driver continued;

(c) by omitting paragraph (jd).
