TRAFFIC (GENERAL AND LOCAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 144) - REG 5

Regulation 8E amended (Driving hours)

Regulation 8E of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (3) "a person who owns or is in charge of a prescribed vehicle" and substituting "the registered operator or other person in charge of a prescribed vehicle" .
