Regulation 8F of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from the definition of "prescribed vehicle driver" in subregulation (1) "whether as an owner-driver, employee, agent or in any other capacity" and substituting "whether as a registered operator, employee or agent or in any other capacity" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (4) "owner" and substituting "registered operator" .
