The driver of a motor vehicle or combination must carry in the motor vehicle a copy of any permit under which the motor vehicle or combination, or any vehicle being towed, is operating.

Penalty:  In the case of –

(a) a first offence – 20 penalty units; and

(b) a second or subsequent offence – 40 penalty units.
