Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting item 5 from the table in subregulation (2)(d) and substituting the following:

(a) a person or persons having the level of competence specified in the table in respect of that activity; or

(b) an expert team, if so specified.
