AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (CONTROL OF USE) ACT 1992 - SECT 67A

S. 67A(1) amended by No. 22/2022 s. 30.

    (1)     The holder of an authority must comply with any condition on that authority imposed by the Secretary under clause 3 of Schedule 1.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.

Note

Section 72B applies to an offence against this subsection.

    (2)     In this section "authority" has the same meaning as in clause 1 of Schedule 1.
