Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsNothing in this Division prevents a police officer, with the consent of the occupier of any premises, entering and searching the premises for a property-tracking document in relation to a Schedule 1 offence or a Schedule 2 offence and seizing any document found in the course of the search that he or she believes, on reasonable grounds, to be a document of that kind.
