Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe definition of tainted property as amended by section 4(5) of the Confiscation (Amendment) Act 2003 , in so far as it relates to an offence under section 122 or 123(1), applies only with respect to an offence under section 122 or 123(1) of which a person is convicted after the commencement of section 4(5) of that Act.
