Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThis Act as amended by the Major Crime Legislation (Seizure of Assets) Act 2004 applies to an application for an order under this Act made on or after the commencement of the Major Crime Legislation (Seizure of Assets) Act 2004 , irrespective of when the offence to which the application relates is alleged or suspected to have been committed.
